Terms of Use

Last updated: July 27, 2026

By accessing or using ecotouchservice.com, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1Use of the Site

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with site functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms

2Quote Requests & Scheduling

Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A service is confirmed only after direct communication with our team and mutual agreement on date, scope, and pricing.

All prices shown on the website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and scope of work discussed during assessment.

3Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a two-week satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 14 days of service and we will return to address the issue at no charge.

This guarantee applies to the originally serviced areas and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.

4Limitation of Liability

EcoTouch Exterior Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services beyond the value of the service performed.

5Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and logos — is the property of EcoTouch Exterior Service and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6Third-Party Links & Services

Our quote and contact forms are hosted by our booking and CRM platform, ServiceWizard, and submitting a form means you also agree to ServiceWizard's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our site may also contain links to other third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
