Yes. EcoTouch Service is fully licensed and insured in the state of Illinois. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job.

What is soft washing and how is it different from pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low-pressure water with eco-safe solutions to safely remove mold, algae, and dirt from delicate surfaces like siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for harder surfaces like driveways and concrete. We recommend the right method based on your surface type.
Will your chemicals damage my garden or lawn?
No. Our biodegradable solutions are safe for surrounding vegetation. We also rinse and protect your plants before and after any chemical application.

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?
Yes, we offer both interior and exterior window cleaning. You can book just exterior, just interior, or both.
Can you remove hard water stains from windows?
Yes. Hard water stain removal is one of our specialties. We use professional-grade mineral deposit removers that safely dissolve calcium and lime buildup without scratching the glass.
Do you clean skylights and storm windows?
Yes. We offer skylight cleaning, full storm window disassembly and cleaning, as well as screen removal, cleaning, and reinstallation.
How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned?
For most homes in Chicago, we recommend 2–4 times per year. Homes near construction, busy roads, or with lots of trees may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Gutter Services
What does gutter cleaning include?
Full debris removal from gutters and downspouts, downspout flushing to check for blockages, and a visual inspection for damage, sagging, or leaks. We also clean up any debris that falls to the ground.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Chicago?
At least twice a year — once in late spring after tree seeds fall, and once in late autumn after leaves drop. Homes with many trees may need 3–4 times per year.
Do you install gutter guards?
Yes. We offer gutter guard installation to reduce debris buildup and minimize future cleaning needs.
